POSITION OVERVIEW:

This hybrid role primarily focuses on Project Management, with Tech Support responsibilities as secondary. While advanced technical skills are not required, a basic to intermediate understanding of tech concepts—such as creating automations, using webhooks, and troubleshooting common tech issues—is necessary. Organizational skills and a proactive mindset are essential, especially as the role transitions to a more project management-centric position after the completion of two initial tech projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tech Support & Automation:

  • Migrate workflows from Zapier to n8n Cloud to enhance automation processes.

  • Handle technical issues for both internal systems and client-facing platforms, including troubleshooting automation failures and software bugs.

  • Assist with coding and maintaining internal websites using JavaScript, webhooks, and API integrations.

Examples of basic tech support tasks include:

  • Password Resets: Assisting users in resetting forgotten passwords or unlocking accounts.

  • Software Installation: Guiding users through the installation of approved software applications.

  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with printers, monitors, or other peripherals.

  • Network Connectivity Issues: Helping users connect to the company network or resolve internet connectivity problems.

  • Email Configuration: Setting up and troubleshooting email accounts and settings.

Project Management:

  • Manage YouTube projects in Asana, collaborating with the Project Strategist to assign tasks to video editors, thumbnail designers, and content curators.

  • Proofread and review edited YouTube videos, ensuring videos, descriptions, titles, and thumbnails are error-free and optimized for SEO before release.

  • Oversee the video release schedule, ensuring editing, optimization, and scheduling are on track and deadlines are met.

  • Assist the Project Strategist in content research, title strategy, and video script creation using analytics and current trends.

Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with the team via Asana, Slack, and Voxer, providing status updates and relaying information between clients and the team.

  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve systems and workflows.

  • Engage with clients to facilitate content creation and address their needs.

  • Experience with Zapier and n8n (or similar automation tools).

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, WordPress, and webhook integrations.

  • Strong background in troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs.

  • Excellent English reading and writing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proactive in problem-solving and forward-thinking.

  • Must be able to work US Central Time hours (8 am–5 pm CST).

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.

  • Ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
